Clear rules create better work

Community sharing works when scope, safety, consent, credit, and expectations are visible before anyone commits.

01

Clarity before contact

State what is being shared, for how long, where, and what result is expected.

02

Reviewed introductions

Orange Tech reviews fit and safety first. Both sides approve a private introduction before personal contact details are shared.

03

Schedule before access

Dates, duration, capacity, arrival or remote access, cancellations, and rescheduling must be confirmed before a session.

04

Meet responsibly

Use public or supervised spaces when appropriate. Never ignore access, age, equipment, or personal safety limits.

05

Respect ownership

Agree on project credit, files, recordings, intellectual property, and equipment use before work begins.

06

Fair exchange

Volunteer help, skill swaps, credit, and paid arrangements must be disclosed clearly before either side commits.

07

No off-platform payment claims

Community Crib does not currently process or hold payments. Never submit card or bank information through community request forms.

08

No guarantee

A submission is a request for review, not a promise of availability, suitability, employment, booking, payment protection, or a completed project.

Contribute

Offer what you have

Build trust

Start with clear rules
